Two security guards sit in different booths on opposite ends of the restaurant; a Nick Cave-lookalike or -wannabe sits at the "bar" with a carafe of iced tea, no ice; the booth behind Josh has three women discussing infidelity in marriage. One woman's husband "wants to fuck a bitch in Wyandotte, wants to fuck a bitch in Riverview, but doesn't want to fuck" her. He cheated on her the day they were married; a red corvette pulls up to one side of the restaurant, gets the attention of whomever inside, holds up his middle finger, then speeds off; talk about how every person looks like a slightly different version of someone else somewhere else.
A woman dressed in Saturday night attire -- tight jeans, printed chiffon v-neck shirt, high heels, blonde highlights, fake tan, make-up -- also wears a neck brace.
